Work has now completed laying the trackbed for almost 1200 running metres of 10 1/4 " Narrow Gauge Track on the Farm.


Ground works and shed building have been going well with the help of our friends, Donny and John Calder, and George...They have been very patient with Pete's ever changing plans,although Fiona has been bribing them with chocolate biscuits and Ice Lollies.

We must thank Rabbie Laird and his merry men,for the use of machines and provision of materials, which have helped with a huge amount of work,without them we would still be wondering where to begin. Thanks for all the help - its been much appreciated throughout the year.

All our track-work is now laid,with the assistance of Welsh engineering company ALA Rail,who completed the work in June.
